Anyone have experience with this book, good or bad? I recently signed up and have had all sorts of issues logging in. Also can’t seem to get in touch with anyone directly when I try to contact them. Lastly, it does not provide very clear info regarding status of bonus rollover. Definitely a bit frustrated. Thanks!
Been there for 3 years but came in this section to see if anyone else is now having issues. Yesterday tried 3 times to make a deposit and didnt work. Talked to them onlive chat and was no help. Last night tired to log in and now it is saying have to rest password. Jump through all those hoops... and still same thing. Today, tried live chat 2 times. First time waited over a hour to find out it is not working today. Customer service email is getting kicked back as not a good email and also tired to call 2 times. Once the number said it could not be connected and the second time, qad mobile for 20 minutes with the automated deal and no one ever answered.
Anyone else having issues? Just did a deposit with 5Dimes to see if this is any better.

Same exact thing with me. They had all kinds of software/log on issues last year when i used them so i gave up on them. Wanted to play some Masters props so threw some money in yesterday. Made a couple bets and same as you, went to log on and mandatory PW reset. I didnt get the email waited on Live chat for an hour fell asleep. Tried again this morning, waited 90 mins and after all the verification etc they tell me i need to reset my PW. Yea no shit. I told them the delay was too long to get the email it was expired by time i get it. There solution was just keep trying and hopefully i will get Lucky. So thats what its come to hoping to get lucky to access your funds to bet with....NOT Lucky to win. I told them maybe Masters weekend isnt the best time to do a manadatory password reset, especially if your server has known issues and you have no backup options to help.
Sportsbook itself is solid, reputable with lots of options despite tiny limits. But for me personally not worth all the hoops to jump thru CS, etc. Completely unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. Once again reminds me why i dont use these offshore places.

I saw on twitter yesterday that Bovada is stiffing a player $18,000
the details are sketchy but he’s doing all can via social media to call them out.
Bovada acknowledges the dispute but wouldn’t clarify. Why would u put yourself in a position to be owed that amount via offshore ?
Whats funny is he hinted It was over a charge back made two years ago. The point is this offshore is sketchy as all hell
