not yet but everything i have read seems after the summer. probably/hopefully by football season

Nothing in this world is 100% certain. But where it's legal and you make a bet, and are handed a ticket, it's a HUGE probability you will be paid on a winner. Plus you won't have to go through the hoops and so forth, etc of offshore... LOL!

Now if you've had a good local for a long time which has different meanings for "long time" then it's a new definition, that I can't define.
