Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have 28 assistant coaches in 2019

New TB coach Bruce Arians is hiring assistant coaches left and right. 28 assistant
coaches to handle a 53 man roster (45 on game day) to date. How in hell do you
fill out a staff of 28 assistants? Try 15 coordinators or position coaches, a 5-man
strength and conditioning staff, 5 quality control or positional assistant coaches,
a 4-man special teams staff and a full time officiating coach. Included in the 28
are 2 women coaches.

No word if Arians plans to bring in 28 quarterbacks for tryouts...….

The PR move to hire two women necessitates the hiring of two extra who will actually coach. Three of the coaches are assigned to Jameis to ensure his refrigerator is loaded with lobster claws, to drive him around avoiding UBER and to prevent him from grabbing the private areas of women.
One assistant carries the portable defibrillator and follows Arians wherever he goes. Along with that, there has to be a coach available to take over for Arians when he wakes up and doesn't feel good.
