I've been out of the offshore game for about 5 years. I remember when netteller was around how great things were in the offshore world. Transfers were easy. Getting paid was easy. Deposits were easy. I've been kicking around the idea of getting back in the game a bit. I was listening to a podcast and the guest was talking about how bitcoin was such a great way to fund and move money around offshore books. Is that what most of you guys are doing now? Someone educate me.

Yeah it's basically the same, plus slightly higher fees.
Can deposit in 15 minutes, get a w/d into my bank within 24 hours.
The only way to go in today's environment.
Shoot me an email if you need some help.

I admit to living in another century and having false teeth, but tell me what Neteller did to be considered crooked bastards? You may be 100% right and I just missed that ship..

I've never used it but one problem I see is the volatility of Bitcoin prices, it is subject to considerable changes in price , it could lead to a book perhaps slow- paying you if you sent them Back worth 4k, and cash out two months later when they are valued at 6k.

Most books credit you the USD equivalent of your btc deposit, then when you go to w/d you get the btc equivalent at the moment your USD w/d is sent to you.
Volatility doesn't play into it because you can sell the moment you get the withdrawal.

Back in the days of Neteller and some here probably never used it, because it has been so long. But for me ( and not speaking for poster 777) it was so simple to deposit from your bank into Neteller and into the sportsbook. The sportsbook paid you through Neteller and the process (AGAIN only for me) was EXTREMELY simple for a small fee, which I don't recall now. I don't even see a similarity to Bitcoin for ease of use; which I have never used because it's a "little" more complex.. And I use the word "little" in a very loose sense. It's actually complicated to me. I never once had any issue with Neteller.

Basically, except when you have a nice month it doesn't lose 50% of its value and tilt the fuck out of you.

Do most of you send to books directly from blockchain? or did I read somewhere that throws up a red flag. I've already got bitcoin wallet and all that stuff, so I've probably already done most of the hard stuff. I've just never actually deposited in a book with it.

Guys- the easiest way to buy bitcoin is thru the cash app
cash app is owned by the Square company that serves as a credit card reader for merchants. So download the cash app it’s free. Link you bank with cash app and you can instantly send money to people for free. Send it to your kids or whoever. Also cash app allows you to buy bitcoin the same way instantly. It’s immediate. Then you can send the bit coin to whoever you want. It takes seconds to complete.

Have sent directly from coinbase to multiple books about 1000 times and never had issue.
Same with w/d. Straight from book to coinbase wallet, sell to USD wallet, transfer to bank.
I understand the desire for another layer in there but I've personally never found it necessary. Maybe I've just been lucky.

Has coinbase cut limits? I can only buy $400 from my debit card and 5K from checking. Is there a site with higher limits?
