The Orchids of Asia spa employee who was allegedly filmed performing a manual sex act on Robert Kraft before helping the New England Patriots owner get dressed and sending him on his way has officially been charged by Palm Beach prosecutors.
Mingbi Shen, 58, appeared in court on Tuesday shortly after being booked on one count of deriving support from prostitution and eight counts of offering to commit prostitution.
The police report that was filed in the case detailed eight of the men who Shen serviced over three days at the spa, four of which took place back-to-back-to-back-to-back on January 19.
It was on that day that Kraft came in around 4.45pm and was attended to by Shen and another women, who allegedly spent the first 20 minutes of the appointment providing the billionaire with massage as he lay in the nude.
Things then took a turn when he flipped over, with the report noting that the lights went out when Kraft first turned, but two minutes later 'Mingbi can be seen standing to Kraft's right side and her right hand is seen manipulating Kraft's penis.'
Four minutes after that, Mingbi is 'wiping Kraft's penis with a white towel' before dressing him and sending him on his way, the police report claims.
