if you are a sixer fan can you explain one thing.
how could dave zinkoff , the philly PA announcer,
turn hal greer's last name into three syllables whenever
the philly guard made a big shot?

Not a huge fan of any single NBA team longterm, but in general have always liked great players that played with only one team in any sport. RIP to one of the all time greats.

RIP YUNCH, Yes yunch was John Havlicek's nickname in high school, I actually played baseball with yunch at Bridgeport High School in Bridgeport, Ohio, Yunch was the BEST ATHLETE that I ever played any sport with as I believe he was drafted by the N Y Yankees, Cleveland Browns & of course the Boston Celtics, he made ALL OHIO in all three sports, he was a gifted athlete, he was running before running was an in thing, he would run miles with weights attached to his legs/ankles, R I P JOHN HAVLICEK, aka Yunch!!
