Why do they split time between Barclays and Nassau Coliseum? It has to be difficult. And most importantly, does it change them in the Second Round?

Thoughts?

The old barn in Nassau is a much louder, noisier and effective home ice advantage. The fan base is from Long Island not Brooklyn. In Brooklyn 1/3 of the seats are obstructed for hockey. It will be a couple more years before the Islanders return to their roots in L.I. The team would be better off if they continued their journey through the playoffs there but alas they're committed to Brooklyn.
