AL IAQUINTA king of Garden City, New York, U.S. -136 (DONALD CERRONE vrs AL IAQUINTA)
Love this bet, Alexander Iaquinta is fucking crazy. After the Darren Till fight Donald Cerrone seem to be considering taking the gate keeper role to keep the paychecks coming in, but he has shown he is better then that , that's not who he is. He KOs Yancy Medeiros who's chin is suspect now. Then the UFC set him up to for Leon Edwards which he lost by a razor sharp margin. He parted ways with the long term partners Jackson-Wink after the Edwards fight. He comes back and schooled the fuck out of Mike Perry who just had an impressive win over Alex Oliveira . I think Perry learned a lot from the fight and didn't like what he saw . And then beat a over confident Alexander Hernandez who should not have taken the fight.
Iaquinta will fight anyone any time any where, og I have never seen him not prepared, his career was side tracked by contract and respect issues b the UFC but he hungry for anther title shot and i think he is going to derail Cerrone, Al can stand and fight with Cerrone, his ground game is under rated and his cardio can go 5 easy "im good in good" . He has beaten some beasts Jorge Masvidal, Kevin Lee twice , Joe Lauzon, ande Koed brain damage Ross Pearson in a very short career. Even The Eagle born from crazy mountains not hold him down , Iaquinta initially made weight (155.2 lbs) for his bout against Paul Felder, but went 5 rounds with the king. When Iaquinta is in trouble he is always clam and always has a plan, good head movement great footwork and Focus He has never been Kocked out, he has faught the best strikers and grapplers in his division. Donald Cerrone at this point is not going to add ant wrinkles to his game and the Kevin Lee was a good warm up, i'm not worried about the layoff and I'm sure Al still has money in the bank from the Nurmagomedov fight, This is Donald Cerrone 47th pro fight and he has been Koed twin in his last 7 fights. His last 2 fights Donald Cerrone has a huge experience advantage. Iaquinta has a wealth of training partners at Serra-Longo Fight Team and no fear.
