I have been a long time player. I go way back when I got screwed by ESB. I have been playing at Bookmaker 90% and 5Dimes 10%. Never had a problem until recently. Bookmaker has been shorting me on payouts via bitcoin. I know all about bitcoin prices and fluctuations but lately they have been shorting me 25+ bucks per request. So I gave 5D some more play and they are so slow and rude plus murder of owner ???that I said I’m gonna look for another out. I put in $100 in bitcoin to Betonline and doubled up. So I requested a payout of 100 just to test the process and they have yet to even remove my funds to pay me. 2 days at least for $100 in bitcoin is so funny. Imagine if it was for thousands? So now I’m trying heritage. I can’t wait to see what I’m in store for. Bookmaker pays within 4 hours but they skim. I wonder does anyone else have any issues?
Thats another thing. Their attitude. Another thread another time but how much $$ do you really feel

would go down. Your account balance means nothing because it isn’t money at that point.
We could all have 8 figure account balances but if never paid it does t matter
Funny how this site was built on off shore gambling but I have personal experience with up top advertising books and it gets no traction. I’ve never been not paid. Never been stiffed by the sponsors. But they treat people like crap. Quiet as a church mouse from the people in charge ??? Let’s just treat the paying customers with honor. Not slow roll them. This is about chump change. Imagine if it was a lot of money ??
Funny you mention ESB as that was my first book too. We probably read the same magazine rating them as #1...too dumb for me to know they published the magazine. I've lost money when two books disappeared...one was Dimeline, the other I forget. The worst things for me is how hard they make it to deposit and then, like someone mentioned, their attitude. Part of the equation is that I've accpeted it will be difficult to withdraw (except with WagerWeb). Since I live in LV, I now only need a few books for when I am out of state which is very often.
I crossed BetonLine off the list a few years ago when they cheated players out of bonus points. YouWager has made a 180 in terms of perks and service. I had an administration issue with 5Dimes too so can't go back and thanks to posters here I know enough to stay away from DSI. The list of books I am familiar with is much shorter, but that is OK as soon most off-shores will be irrelevant and a lot of people will be cooking jerk chicken instead of being jerks.
