Well, the weather does not look good. It is supposed to clear for a bit, but I cannot believe they get this full race in today...

And from NASCAR.com...
"Four cars failed pre-race inspection twice on Sunday at Dover International Speedway and will start from the rear.

Those teams were the No. 19 of Martin Truex Jr., the No. 36 of Matt Tifft, the No. 47 of Ryan Preece and the No. 88 of Alex
Bowman, and they will also be minus a crew member for the race.

The No. 36 of Tifft also failed a third time and a pass-through penalty after taking the green flag in the Gander RV 400."

Tifft's day is essentially done unless there is a very early caution to save him.

Looks like we are going to Race. At least before the next Storm Cell arrives. The track is gonna be crazy for a while due to rain and lack of grip. Competition Caution at Lap 40.

As I said, I was not overly optimistic. They got everyone in their cars and were about to start, but ominous weather moving in again, and no lights at Dover.

Race moved to 12:00 Noon Eastern Monday.

Looking forward to a good day. Hope everyone survived the crazy East Coast weather yesterday. It was almost like a Hurricane in parts of Florida.

My best.

Come on Indy, get your act together. Admittedly, the Johnson addition was a bit late but had not seen the match-up and what I feel is a very good number. Johnson an 11-time winner at Dover. Suarez has raced well here, but this track is tough, he is young, and I expect regression.

Always appreciate your posts. Hope you have a good day.

Competition Caution Lap 40. Track shaping up. Hamlin's car looks like junk (started 8th and now 23rd). Even better, Hamlin and Johnson almost wrecked one another, that would have really sucked. Signing off for now...

This race is not shaping up well. Perhaps a complete disaster. Hamlin sucked all day, came back and then hit the wall. Kyle Busch hit the damn wall. Keselowski led for a while but has fallen off dramatically for whatever reason. And now Suarez and Johnson are battling. Trying to keep the faith. and limit the damage.

I am sick about this race. I felt really good going into the day. And the rain enabled me to pick two additional losers. Worst NASCAR day I have ever had. God, I am sorry for anyone who followed. I will get it back.

When I post, it is to try and help, not for accolades or ego. I failed today huge.

My apologies.
