the man has been a disaster so far. He's sided with Liberals on nearly every decision, as Ben Shapiro predicted he would, and certainly wasn't worth the trouble of getting him approved. He has been with the majority more than any other justice this term and appears to be Roberts' left-center lap dog.

yesterday he sided with the court's four liberals to deliver a 5-4 verdict to further expand anti-trust law

the court is now 4 liberals that always vote with each other, 3 solid conservatives, and 2 centrists

this was an absolutely blown opportunity on Trump's part to get a true Conservative on the SCOTUS

I had sensed this, to some extent, but was not really aware.
I honestly thought he has sometimes wavered to the left side early to appear to not be a hard nosed right wing judge, given the scrutiny on him after the disgraceful confirmation debacle.
Wasn't his track record pretty solid in his Federal Appeals Circuit Court tenure?

Let's see what happens in the next year or so.......if he folded like a cheap suit cuz of all the liberal left hounding him, then its very sad to think he will be in there for life.

The only thing I can say is so far I'm disappointed. I realize a SCJ is supposed to interpret
the law and rule accordingly but the future of the country is at stake. He knew full well what
was expected of him. If he wasn't going to fullfill his role then he should have stepped aside.
