After the 3rd pick, there is no one to draft that matters. Zion at 1. Morant at 2. Barrett at 3. In this draft having the 15th pick is the same as 4. NBA draft isnt like the NFL draft. You aren't getting a difference maker at 22. And Zion if any good will leave in free agency. New Orleans will still suck

You had Anthony Davis and did nothing with him and Zion will not even be in AD's class.
I would look hard at Morant or Barrett over Zion.
Barrett averaged like 22 a game without even being the focal point or ball centric. He was basically option 2. He has small forward size and a better shooter. His floor is Rudy Gay.
Zion will NEVER have a shot. It doesn't work that way with practice. You are either a shooter or not a shooter. Del Curry could still get out there and mop up in a game of horse.

no gm would risk his job and not draft zion even if he isnt the best. its a scenario where if you take him and your wrong its fine because everyone else would have in that situation. passing on him and being wrong will cost people their jobs. zion is also pretty clearly the most marketable player in the draft. for an organization that cant sell tickets and want to elevate merchandise sales it seems pretty clear that you dont even think twice about it. send the pick in now and dont try to outsmart everyone, if zion isnt a star then i dont think this draft has one.
