Why Kevin Durant is one of the most hated players in the NBA

The NBA is a company. A business that looks to make profit. Employees aim to make money working for businesses.

So if Kevin Durant wants to make the most money, or "win" the most rings its his choice.

Most people would move companies if the pay was better or if it suited them in some way. We should apply the same standards to famous athletes

If you can't beat em, join em (and take the easy route). This is exactly what happened with the transition from OKC --> Golden St. Of course, it is his choice. But some people will argue he took the "pussy route."

If you do not look out for and take care of yourself, rarely will someone else, especially for an extended period.

he joined a 73 win team that beat him in the western conference finals
how he thought this wasn't going to be an argument against any accomplishments that he will ever have is pretty short-sighted. if your team can win a ring without you, then does it really matter if you're on that team?

...that didn't win.

The entire KD argument is ridiculous, most people have no clue why he went there.

The 73 win narrative is the most over blown ever.

My 72 win Bulls in '96 would be able to spank that Golden St squad!!!

I know, i know Biz....that argument is ridiculous as well. Always fun to think "what would happen" if those 2 teams squared off.

Because of what he says and does off the court. You can/may be the best player but if you say/do the things he's done over the past several years you will attract negative opinions.
