[FONT="]AAA...Both of the totals in AAA fit into a trend I use as a filter to circle teams that are either due to score a lot or have been scoring a lot lately. That filter throws out 80% of all games on the card. I then cap each game individually from there. I use a similar method with Mexican League totals.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Durham has the best pitcher in AA on the bump tonight(McKay), he just got called up from the Biscuits. In 8 starts he gave up 6 runs with 62 K's in 41.67 INP. Bulls are playing solid baseball coming back home tonight to open up against Louisville who currently has a collection of gas cans in their bullpen. Louisville has given up 49 runs in their last 5 contests. Lopez gets the rock tonight for the Bats. He comes into tonight's affair with a stellar whip of 1.73, 14 walks in his last 20 innings pitched, 13 home-runs given up in 44 INP, and a lights out ERA of 7.20 in the month of May[/FONT]

If it werent for falling a few INP short in the ratings he would be the #1 pitcher in baseball by the numbers. Runs won't come easy off these two guys. Fletcher is behind the dish this afternoon. He is 1-7 to the under averaging only 7 runs per game. This number should of been set at 7 (I would still play the under)...there will be quality arms coming in after these to starters. Both sides have solid bullpens so we shouldn't have to hold our breath down the stretch.[/FONT][/FONT]

[FONT="]New Orleans -115[/FONT][FONT="]....Been riding the Gallen train for a good bit now. When Gallen gets the ball the BabyCakes are 9-1 behind him. 80 k's in 67+ INP. In his 10 starts this season he has only surrendered more than 2 runs once. He has gone at least 7 innings in 7 of his 10 starts. Opponents are hitting just .131 off him in the friendly confines of the Shrine. Get on him while you can, he wont be in New Orleans for long...Iowa is putting up a capable hurler tonight but he doesn't dominate. Tends to pitch to contact and the BabyCakes have given Gallen tons of run support this season. Iowa is on a 3 game win streak and might have the better team overall but when Gallen is on the hill New Orleans is a different team. I've been riding him for his past 7-8 starts, no reason to hold back tonight.[/FONT]
