I think if they sweep Toronto or win in 5 games maximum, they'll probably be regarded as one of the all time great teams, along with the other greats in other sports. Should Toronto force a 6th game, then they will be regarded as a "very good" team for a long time. I see them winning in no more than 5 games.

Definitely a team to be among the all-time greats. Unbelievable run. But for the first time in 5 years, they don't have the home-court advantage.

That Celtics and Laker teams of the 80's were amazing, these guys are the best since then... I just wish there was another dominate team to judge the caliber of this greatness

That's the argument in labeling Golden State among the dynasties.

The league is watered down today with fewer Superstars.

Great teams from the past had to deal with several other great teams, just as you pointed out by stating isn't the case now.

Of course they are an all-time great team, they're having an amazing run

It is what it is

Nothing near the C's run through the 60's :), but still an amazing run

PS: The Bulls in the 90's is also better thus far

Not even close. It is now a pussy league. The bulls with Rodman, and the Pistons with Laimbeer, and Rodman would crush them. Baby steph, would get elbowed in the face, as he is shooting a three. Steph, WOULD NEVER make 6 or 7 threes in a game in the late 80's or early 90's.

As an NBA fan, this is the best fan friendly team since Jordan's bulls teams.

I love how Steph, Klay, and Draymond were NOT high draft picks and none of them were "cant miss prospects".

Yeah i get Steph and Klay were lottery picks but nobody knew they'd be THIS good.

Defense was the focal point back then.

All the guys you mentioned plus more.

Imagine LeBron or others today driving to the hole against Charles Oakley & Anthony Mason.

They would be get hammered.

Yep I guess it's the old "you're only as good as your competition" in the eyes of some basketball history buffs and old time fans.

Lol, I've seen Lebron and others hammered by many guys in the league.

One thing about this Toronto team and K. Leonard. They are worthy opponents at least the Best in the East. Steve Kerr, may have to do one of his better coaching jobs as I think reading the press and seeing there are almost 3-1 favorites in the betting markets can make one think "just show up". That's why I say win it in 5 games.

No team compares to the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls.

And not now or not ever will LBJ be as good as Michael J. Jordan.

Of course, they have great players, but imo Steve Kerr doesn't get the credit he deserves. Whenever they show his coaching records, it looks like a typo.

But is he riding the coat tails of the GSW team? They even made Luke Walton look good...

Does goldenstate run any offense on the road? Seemed like it was isolation street ball most of the game. Might be Kerr feeling them out.
