This Playoff was very exciting and people might say otherwise but it was for me...Toronto showed that they are resilient and a good defensive team. Their bench stepped up with VanVleet going wild. Nobody really expected them to beat Bucks 4 straight games but they did.
Toronto is now facing a power offense. How will they will they do? They will need to control the pace. Can’t run and gun with GS because they won’t be able to keep up. They will have to play a near perfect game without any scoring drought because you can’t win against GS making that kinda mistakes along with turn over. Siakam and Lowry have to step up their game with consistency to help Kawhi. Gasol has been a beast and Ibaka off n on and that can be a problem. HCA is a plus for Toronto that has been good at home.
As for coaching advantage it will go to Kerr. Read somewhere that Steve Kerr met up with Coach Popovich...humm. Kerr going all out to find ways to make it difficult for Kawhi to score. Losing this 1st GM at home can be detrimental more so for the Raps.

So with that been said, I will take my chances with the home team GM1.

Gasol has been a beast? For who? Lol bro he might not even be able to stay on the floor in this series. He will help them the most from the bench. I do like the raptors tonight though

To me it’s more than what’s on paper. Gasol is a vet. His presence on the court is felt. Defensively, passing and scoring when needed with 3s.

When they start pick and rolling him to death to match up with Curry in critical situations, you’re going to be signing a different tune. Did you see what DJ Augustine did to him in Round 1. DJ Augustine. I don’t think he’s going to be on the floor nearly as much as last series. He doesn’t do enough to warrant that. The bucks did not have someone to abuse him on the perimeter.

As all role players are...he’s better at home. People legit think he’s some all star though, it’s hilarious.

Toronto should come out all pumped up and energized in front of their fans/home court. They just can’t play catch up like they did with Bucks and I am sure they know it too. GS, with longer rest, could be affect their shooting at the beginning.

Mobb I agree about gasol 150%. Gasol is "decent" at best at home. Hes trash away. Overall imo hes a body on the court that's about it. Hammered back to back prop plays Gasol umder 9.5 pts vs Bucks.

Onto GM2...
Kerr will definitely make adjustments more so with Cousins (He will be more involved in GM2). Iggy left the court limping n Cousin’s 1st gm back was below average (it was expected). GM1, GS’s plan was mainly for Kawhi to double n even triple D on him n him only. And this is why Toronto needed for Lowry n Siakam to step up.
Siakam was the MVP for that game but Lowry again was nowhere near (Playoff inconsistency clearly again for Lowry over his NBA career). Toronto did not take off their foot out of the gas pedal n that’s the kinda mentality you should have wn facing an opponent like GS. And Toronto’s length is giving GS problem and Nurse took advantage of it. Now that they’ve won GM1, they will have much more confidence and I hope they will carry that momentum in GM2. N It is also clear that HCA is giving Raps a lot of their energy.

GM2 I will be on Raps again n I certainly don’t believe it will go over 215. I will not play 1H n will wait to make a play on 2H on Tor (if they trail or on under if the 1H is over).
My pick:
Tor -2 n Under 215

Nice call Mobb!!!

Our friend also helped lol...Responding to a Warriors bet lol

Hes is a special talent man. My good friend Kevy used to tell me this back in the day and honestly I didn’t pay enough attention.

Hey bro- I tried to get your Pms back. Looks like no dice. They are very busy all of a sudden/ and or forget when I asked 3 months ago about your PMs...I was told to remind them if they forget. Fast forward 3 months....lol I’m being toyed with now. They are just having their fun ignoring me/convenient amnesia. That type of shit. With how we had to put one of their puppets in the fryer I can see why they are sour now.

For the first 4 games, I will stick with HCA. As for the gm 5/6/7, i will play according to each situational game.

Cousins will see more minutes on the floor. That will help GS a little as far as Bogut, he is big but too slow. So I don’t see much of GS’s adjustments with their big men. My main concern is how bad is Kawhi’s leg. I can see he’s playing with some kinda pain. But really don’t know the extend of his injury.

Wn Kawhi is on the floor, GS’focus on him only. Unless, Kerr makes some kinda adjustments, Toronto is left with other players wide open n for them to win again, they will need everyone to contribute like GM1. I feel good with Toronto GM2 bc they have the momentum, the confidence and the home crowd.
Everyone is talking about GS. How they won’t lose GM2 bc they are always good bouncing back. N no way Toronto can win 6 games in the row.
But this is PlayOff. Teams play/act/think differently from regular season. I can see how bad Toronto want this Championship.
