I believe that the arrest happened in February.
Meanwhile , the vice mayor (Terrence Rowe" that replaced Mayor Dale Massad, has also been arrested.

Port Richey is about 20 miles north of here and IIRC had about 600 voters in last gen election. Essentially a large HOA but with average property values of like $100k
