I bet a few hundred here and there.

trading tens of thousands on a daily basis on the market.

Seems like 1 can lessen the pain of the others at times.

in general I have way way more in the market.

Stocks and it's not even close. I actually own my own investing firm specializing in stocks.

Mutual fund then not even remotely close. I own exactly zero individual stocks

only one can deliver consistent long term winners and it aint sports

even if my longest shot futures ticket hits it would cover my investments

When I put in the hours, run about $50,000 per month through the sports books. A little more during football season, sometimes take breaks where it is quite a bit less. Only about $1 - $2,000 through the stock broker per month. Sports can get resolved in a few hours, stocks sometimes take a couple decades, so seems a bit silly to compare the two. For people who profit off both, the lower rollers will do a lot more through sports, but because of limits, the higher rollers will do a lot more through stocks
