As mentioned earlier I am not working in the claim department. I do not contact any of the books etc. I allow people an avenue to fill out the complaint form. You mentioned that you sent it in. Then the team is working on it.
Did your "nephew" previously have his account shut down for some reason?
No he did not. His act is still open actually. He just never deposited in the last 6 mos.

Yea my nephews act was inactive for 6 mos . he cashed out and left the act in good standing.. Then i opened one in my name..

This is an old thread and I hope you got paid ..I went to HR Wager's site and liked what I saw about Zelle. But when the pop up chat came around, I had to ask 3 times how one gets paid. It's not by Zelle..okay but the method of payment sounded good to me. Then I asked about about having to provide ID etc, with this method. Finally they said yes. At least they hadsome honesty there, but that told me it wasn't a place for me to play. Let us know how it went and if you got paid.
