its different then when offshore first started. The players would be getting over on the companies now there are endless sites and they all either slow pay or no pay
thats absurd . They took the bet from that IP so they should pay it of course
Once the bet is verified they must pay. It should've popped up immediately if there was a problem with the IP address. IF you lost you would've never seen that money again.

The department is looking into this. There are many moving parts here. This is not is cut and dry as returning merchandise back to a store. All of this and remember it is the All Star break this week when most books do routine maintenance on sites, people take much needed vacations and things move slower than at other times of the year.

casinos do this if you play enough bonuses and win. they just delay as much as possible hoping you'll never bother with them again
