Is VD's stud starter going tonight? If so, is he getting his usual rest or not?
How about the Michigan pitching, how is it lined up?
VD is -190 so I think VD is in a strong position tonight.

Drake Fellows for Vandy and Tommy Henry for Michigan. I wouldn't call Fellows a stud. I think Michigan has a legit shot in this game. They have been hitting the ball well and in fact have the leading batting average in this years CWS. Vandy brings up lefty after lefty in their batting order so Michigan starts Henry. He is a talented lefty who was drafted in the 2nd round this year. If he can throw like he did against Florida State, Michigan can win this game.

Yes, I was thinking it would be Kumar Rocker for Vanderbilt, but Fellows is going, he is solid but not a stud.

And lefty Henry for Michigan, I agree, is a good matchup for this game. Michigan has only used 3 pitchers in the CWS, that is unusual. And their win vs Fla St is not impressive to me, Fla State is a very poor hitting club. I think Michigan beat a worn down Texas Tech team, too, their pitching was a mess, though I am not sure of the whole picture on that...

Vandy to me, though, is the better team, have a superior hitting team, a 13 win starter, and SEC baseball IMO is tougher competition. I say, the Cinderella story is over, and I will probably lay 1.5 runs with them, too, so some -190 and some -1.5.

Not to hot on this, just going with it...

I wouldn't consider Rocker a stud either. Saw him pitch a couple times this year. Good control and throws hard, but very hittable. Just a freshman, see what he does next year.

Florida State was a poor hitting club but won last 6 games averaging 9.5 RPG to get to Omaha so I thought that was impressive pitching.

On paper, Vandy is the better team and SEC baseball is ELITE. Martin and Bleday are animals. The total set at 9 is very tempted, but I hate to play unders. GL with whatever you play

It was up to -210, so I just went with -1.5 -125.
Yes I thought of the under with rested pitching staffs, but didn't go there.
Not a big play for me but I went with the SEC and IMO better hitting club.
It is magic, I have been to Omaha for The CWS, it is spectacular!

(of course, look at ESPN.com and there are headline articles about 2nd string NBA free agents and so on and so on...)

Kumar is going tomorrow night. And he is a Stud. The line will be even more aggressive tomorrow night. It's a must Win for Michigan tonight. Their 3 pitchers are spent. Think Vandy sweeps, unless Michigan bats stay lively from last game, but I doubt it. They have had a phenomenal run.

CWS:
OVER /UNDER is 2-10
FAVS/DOGS 8-4

Good luck Gentleman.

I got a Bama player staying with me this summer for summer ball. He says Kumar is very predictable in what he throws and is very hittable. He had a great outing in the Supers, but I'm not sold on him yet. It is a must win for Michigan tonight, agreed. Should be a great game

Oh hell yes. I know lots of people say he had Tall Tales...road on his Private Jet once. Fun Guy. Live Large Folks, you never know what Life brings...

Michigan should be up 2-0. Ump blew call at 3rd base. Michigan bats alive. Took OVER 8 +115 Tried to bet in-game more and they shut me down after the lead off walk. My bad.

Good luck everyone. Well, now it is 2-0...should be 3-0

I never did want to ask his mom too many details about his wealth/plane/vehicles etc etc but I’m glad you confirmed the plane story.

Did not know his Mom; I hope she's at Peace. Sucks to outlive your children. Unfortunately, my Parents suck. Well, my Ass of a Father ruined my Mother. Rule to live by, if you do not want kids, do not have them. There are already plenty of people in the World already. God, I wish my Nephews well.

Michigan is playing unbelievable ball again. What a Cinderella Story. If Vandy loses this game, they will be I believe -280/290 tomorrow. Have yet to look anywhere. Total probably 8/8-. Will look study it later.

As I type, Jimmy Kerr, what a Story...and then Edwaurdo said it. Over cashes. USA Women, win. Great Day!

A helluva Day at Sea Sir.

Good call, Cheddar, they went wire to wire.
I kinda like it if they win it all, a northern team, it is so difficult to compete with warm weather teams...

I just looked it up and the last legitimately cold weather team to win the CWS was Ohio St. back in 1966...wow.

That is a crazy stat, but the reality of it is that the southern teams basically play year round. Most of the kids on southern teams play all year and then play summer ball and get another 150-200 ABs. Get 2-3 weeks off and fall ball starts until December. That being said, how can you not ride the momentum Michigan has going? Batting almost .300 now in the CWS and I don't care if it's Kauffman or Criswell throwing today (It may end up being both of them). Michigan can hit the fast ball and if they can lay off Rockers off speed, Kumar will be out by the 6th inning. I think Michigan gets to make the body pile after the game tonight. Line is now Michigan +195, total dropped to 9

Played UNDER at 9- and then 9. Sorry been sick as hell most of all afternoon. First pitch going now. Apologies.

Good luck everyone. Saw Vandy hit -230/240 at some places late. Saw no great value in line though either way, which is odd. I could make a case either way. Michigan could just be a team Dystany @200-1. Enjoy.
