Poll: What was the most enjoyable decade of your life , and why ?

I'll give a number of options , but hold off on my pick awhile.

Not necessarily when you were young and had no worries, or older but liked your circumstances, more like most enjoyable decade of your lifetime.

I'll start with the fifties, if you're old enough to remember the 40's, you'll be dead soon

Confused by the question. If we're talking about the most fun I had in my life it would have to be the 90s. I loved high school, plus freshman year in college in there. But that is based on age and circumstance.

If we're talking about the best era in which to live, I think it has to be 2010-2019. Technological advancement. High speed internet, smart phones, good HDTV, streaming options, Uber, on and on. Having to deal with the pussification of America, the death of mainstream media, and overblown racism everywhere you look is a small price to pay.

Most enjoyable, as in when you were happiest, not necessarily wealthiest... Say a state that was the best for your sanitary, maybe before marriage and kids and mortgages be for many, or high school and before days, or other, no wrong answer

At soon to be 44 next month, only have the 80's, 90's, 2000's, and 2010's to work with.

Ups and downs in every decade. Can't really pick a favorite. I will say that the 80's was a damn cool decade to grow up in though. Ages 5-14 in that decade were awesome as a kid.

High school was 89-93. Got married in 96. Kids were born in 2000 and 2006. Mid 2000's were the best years of my HS football coaching career as I coached in 3 state title games. Winning one as a head coach.

I have a feeling when it's all said and done, 2020-2029 will be the best for me.

Early 2000's..having some cash from.being employed but not being bogged down with a bunch of responsibilities yet..was running around with grateful dead related bands all over the place, going on vacations, going to the Caribbean, gambling..every turn was something new and exciting..now I work, am tired, bogged down with shit, scared to take any risk..fucking sucks. I tell all the young bucks hold onto the shit as long as you can..getting old growing up sucks

1980-1989, I was 20-29,I made a little over 1.5 million dollars in those years betting horses,had a blast,then of course blew it all over the next 5 years

1980's were awesome.......best decade for movies & music by far IMO.......had a great time as kid in the 80's.

Indoor malls were the big thing, arcades popping up everywhere......economic boom everywhere.

i70s . Late 70s . Single getting laid a lot, didnt even have alot$. One great story banging girl called Patty. Walk her to her car. 5 minutes later doorbell rings. Another girl Helen at the door. Let her in , said she’s been waiting in her van for 2 hours to come in. She was waiting her turn. Should married Patty , she was hotttt. Helen was ok.

Exactly Beef: high school 78-82 for me until about age 33, the best ! Downhill at around 33-35, like a ballplayers !
