What’s your strategy? It’s $125 buy in, 5k guaranteed 20 min levels. No rebuys.

I’ve never played a tournament. Does tight play do well in tourneys?

Can't be super tight. Only way you'll make it deep is if the deck smacks you in the face.
Have to be tight but aggressive. If it's good enough to be calling it's good enough to be raising, generally speaking.
Don't try to play too tricky. ABC usually works at this buy-in level.
Bet with good hands. Don't slow play.
Don't try to bluff too much, most guys are stations. Only bluff people who are capable of folding.

That’s generally my play, right but aggressive. I’ll try a few tourneys. See what happens
