I'm happy the man was convicted and will spend the rest of his life in jail. That's the difference between most conservatives and the Vittard's of this world. We want criminals prosecuted, he (they) makes excuses for the criminal behavior often times implying the victims deserved it because of something like they support a "white supremacist"

That's exactly what CNN's Chris Cuomo did when he defended Antifa's violence against people because "they're fighting bigots". So wrong on so many levels, beginning with the premise of his argument about bigotry, which is categorically incorrect to begin with and begging the question is the best thing that can be said about his statements

As for the topic of this thread, a criminal is going to jail as he should

That's who we are, that's what we believe in all circumstances. We don't waiver to serve our purposes

Unless of course, if Trump said this guy was a good man...you all would co-sign it. Don’t lie.

You're simply NOT rational

Trump would not condone his behavior, and if he did I still wouldn't. That's a lose lose for you

Found guilty and sentenced. What more do you want? Listen, I am fine with this being a capital crime. I am in favor of changing the penal code (of course that would only be on a go forward basis to comply with the US Constitution).
