Last season, NFL games averaged 46.6 combined points which was the second highest
scoring season of all time. The highest is 46.8 ppg posted during the 2013 season. Even
with the high number last year, there were still more unders (134) than overs (121) for
the season. Hear are the seasons average for the past five years.

2018: 46.6 ppg
2017: 43.4
2016: 45.4
2015: 45.6
2014: 45.2

Totals can be a winning bet if a person will study the teams as the season goes along. Last
year, Arizona averaged a whopping 14.1 ppg. During the 2015 season they averaged 30 ppg.
Too often, we as bettors relate to what teams did in the past and not what they do in present.

JOH will have an NFL Totals contest this season and has a signup form available NOW. Last
year was the first for NFL Totals and it was a lot of fun....you might want to give it a try.

2018 Best OVER Teams

Kansas City 11-6-1 64.7%
NY Jets 10-6 62.5%
Seattle 10-7 58.8%
Cincy 8-6 57.1%
NY Giants 9-7 56.2%

2018 Best UNDER Teams

Denver 12-3-1 80.0%
New England 12-7 63.2%
Jacksonville 10-6 62.5
Minnesota 10-6 62.5%
Detroit 10-6 62.5%

*I can see Denver as a good Under play again this season with a new head coach recognized
around the NFL as a defensive guru and with new QB Joe Flacco who hasn't been very good the
past three years leading the offense...I have to think the Broncos won't be scoring a ton of
points in most games this season.
