Hi. Have a little money in a Ira that's in cash. Any recommendations of a stock or fund to put it in from someone that has good experience? Thanks a lot.

Gotta love typos

If you were loaded that would make my recommendation easier lol

Dont want to be difficult but consider your age, and what type of funds you already own , before choosing

That being said, a few individual names that I like long term

Conservative growth I would choose a healthcare ETF like XLV

growth ERI

speculation PRED

I would also make sure I had some money in gold and silver

PSLV ( SILVER)

CEF ( GOLD )

Mining stocks silver ( SIL, or SILJ )

Gold SGDM

more aggressive AG for silver, and SAND for gold

Thanks a lot. Already have Pred based on your recommendation but got in close to $5 per share. Hoping it goes back up. Will add some of the other ones you listed. Thanks again.

ERI was literally taken out and shot in the last two weeks .. On Feb 24th the stock hit a high of 70.24 cents, only to close at 26.44 yesterday . Its moves like that in this market that unfortunately make it very hard to be a long term investor these days. That said, if you are a long term investor, and understand that the market has just discounted a worse case scenario that no one will ever visit any of their properties again, you try and slowly add to your positions

Good read here Eldorado Resorts seen as attractive amid brutal drop

Mar. 09, 2020 8:57 AM ET (ERI)By: Clark Schultz, SA News Editor4 Comments

  • Roth Capital sees Eldorado Resorts (NASDAQ:ERI) as oversold.
  • "While indicators demonstrate some lost convention and leisure business, overall 1Q20 trends to-date for ERI/CZR have been solid, according to checks, " notes analyst David Bain.
  • Bain says significant casino disruption is a possibility led by Las Vegas, but reminds that ERI/CZR hedges potential degradation with the utilization of its peer-high 65M patron Total Rewards loyalty club which combines with air traveler/Las Vegas substitutions to ERI regional facilities.
  • Bain also says ERI has obtained fully committed financing for its acquisition of CZR to take an investor concern off the table.
  • Roth Capital keeps a Buy rating on Eldorado and a sum-of-the-parts valuation of $75.
  • Shares of ERI are showing a 16.70%premarket drop to $28.03 (52-week low).
