After 20+ years between BigBook/Bodog/Bovada, with not many issues at all, this really turned to shit

I mean, I willingly put-up with their shitty-lines, because they had a good payout reputation.

I had some issues over the years, and Wil was good enough to step-in when necessary.
(always had a decent resolution)

but, now they just flat-out steal a deposit, and sell bullshit about it.
their Customer Service, lines, payouts, have all become shit.

there are better books out there

thank god . . Pa made it legal
I wont have to deal with their bullshit ever again

I had a similar issue. I had about $500 in the account and made small plays if they had a better line than my other online account. I tried to log in last season and it was locked. I tried calling their customer service and never got anyone to help. The account is still out there....unless they closed it and took the money.

Humans are not bright overall. Offshore sports books have a license to print money....how much more would you have spent over the years if it were easy to deposit and withdraw (free or very cheap), you were treated well and getting paid was never an issue.

It's not so much the money . . It's the way a long-time customer is treated.
I hate when anyone steals any amount of money, then lies to your face about it.

Sorry to hear that Big Al. I know that must be frustrating. I had a payout issue with Betonline last year and those guys at sportsbookreview handled it for me, so I'm sure they'll take care of you.

I am taking this part is from your bank. Have you sent this info to Bovada? If so what was the response, if not, why not?

Did you contact the bank that issued the funds to contest the charges?

Did you look at your banking history at Bovada?

If there was a reversal it will take several days.

Post some screen shots of your deposit history...……..

Did you contact the bank that issued the funds to contest the charges? yes - sending paperwork

Did you look at your banking history at Bovada? yes - rated declined

If there was a reversal it will take several days. there is no record of this transaction @ bovada, (except they state declined)

Post some screen shots of your deposit history...…….. that is the posted transaction

like I said, with international fee paid and transaction authorization code , this went through.
the bank assured me it was paid, they also offered to speak directly with Bovada to clear-up issue.
(Bovada declined to speak with C.C. rep or Bank rep) they just refuse to clear this up.

The real point, I was trying to make, Isn't so much about the money - but the dismissive-smugness they have to ignore the problem.
Something went wrong, and I thought that with such a minimal amount of money, they would be happy to clear it up.
(in the past, I had withdrawal issues for alot more money, without any headaches and way less trouble).

they flat-out know they took the money - they dismiss to examine any proof presented.
the arrogance they show a customer is the point.
their attitude toward his issue . . . is just "shit" - and it didn't have to be

I think the offshore industry has been on life support for some time now. With each state that legalizes sports gambling the plugs are getting pulled. My opinion.

Did you ask BetAll and the group to look into it? If not Im sure they will have a detailed answer for you soon, hope all is well CoachCB
