House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., previously referred to his community of Baltimore as a "drug-infested" area, using a term that President Trumpincluded in a tweet widely panned as a racist attack on the city.
The video, tweeted by the president on Wednesday, showed Cummings lamenting the city's scourge of drugs while speaking during what appeared to be a congressional hearing.
"This morning, I left my community of Baltimore -- a drug-infested area where a lot of the drugs we are talking about today have already taken the lives of so many children," he said. "The same children that I watched 14 or 15 years ago as they grew up, now walking around like zombies."

It is important that Trump and the GOP (if they will support him) make the failure of big cities, under Democratic leadership for decades, a huge election issue.

Violent crime, drug infested, rats, schools failing, homelessnes with tent cities, services (trash pick up) dysfucntional, violent crime, roads and bridges in disrepair, violent crime... that is what the Democrats have produced in Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Detroit, LA... go ahead, name the top 25 cities, and most of them are crumbling.

It's very much in my best interest to let these places continue their decline until these cities are completely beyond repair and reach full insolvency, as examples of democratic leadership and affirmative action failure. We need acts of austerity and policies that aim to reduce government budget deficits through spending cuts and social welfare , if you don't get a check . Make these people pay for their misalignment and allegiance to the democratic party.

Yes! The MSM should be on it, point out to AA's that "leaders" like Cummings are just using them for votes, do not care about them, but the MSM, instead, attacks Trump.

And I would like to see a DOJ forensic audit of the $16 billion sent to Baltimore to determine when-where-who-what it was spent on..! (never gonna happen)
