1. TheRX forum -

therx has endured since 1997, when the forum got its start as A message board. At one time, the forum was a giant in the online sportsbetting industry — in more ways than one.

In 2005 the forum had huge bashes with cash thrown around all over the place. The forum was very active and was worth 7 figures.

Since then, the Forums do nothing business style lost out to active competitors in the forum
businesd So today, around 50 long time poster still frequent the site, primarily in the Midwest.

What will take its place? I wonder sometimes when the time will come and the Rx is gone. Website shutdown. Where do we go to reconnect? Other gambling forums would surely follow suit and after years of relationships, good and bad, suddenly vanishes like a nuclear attack.

I think only two kinds of books will be fine long term:

#1 The reduce juice books with the -105 and such.

#2 The bonus books with the 100% to 200% Bonus Play
bonuses and 50% to 100% cash bonuses type of stuff.

I think everyone else might find it a little harder to stick
around in 3 to 5 years from now.

Anyone think Im wrong on this OR have a different take ?

This. Hopefully they'll give us advance notice and let us discuss options openly on the site.

1) fast pay, and NOT just for cyber currency
2) better lines, like you said
3) better customer service, make people like you as opposed to trying to piss them off

4) credit? but this gets tricky and has to be well run. A deadbeat can only stick one site one time

Two things to remember:

1. Offshore doesn't have to rely on U.S. players only to survive

2. Sports Betting is Sports Betting.
What makes anyone think the discussion-world ends with Offshore?

I'd argue 1year into EOG was as big or bigger

Half of posters from all forums combined left to go there.

I witnessed the rise & the demise.

The best customer service you get is when depositing funds and or when they are
on the receiving end of a book to book transfer. Withdrawals/payouts is always a
bunch of bull shit in 2019 with a lot of books.
