I was astonished at how much they wanted for that shit.

Sometimes I wish I just had an ole ice tub like back in the HS locker room days. I'm sure my balls are thankful I don't, but...lol

I've done it a few times...for free. Only because a friend owned the joint. It's pretty worthless. At least when done somewhat sporadically.

Done it a couple times. Wont do it again. Im pretty sure if you do it regularly you get more benifit from it. A good ol tub or bucket of ice water is the best treatment I have done.

Mob,

For inflammation, I can't imagine how it wouldn't work. I've never done cryotherapy, but did have a cryo cuff for my knee after a meniscus surgery roughly 10 years ago. It worked wonders for me. I used it for about a month and actually had my knee wrapped while I slept. One night, I thought I'd go without it and was all swelled up in the morning. I still use it periodically if I feel like I overworked myself. I typically recommend icing and am a big advocate of massage of self myofascial release (foam rolling) in addition to stretching, which most studies show to be the best thing for recovery and mobility.

All the best!

Antonio Brown should have his contract voided if he did the Cyro without club supervision. At the very least I would dock him each week he misses of the regular season. Many NFL players are using Cyrotherapy. Some training facilities probably have installed Cyro chambers. It is not the treatment I have a problem with. If it was done with the trainer's supervision Brown would never have entered the chamber without the proper precautions for his feet.

How long are you required to stay in the chamber for? If its 2-3 minutes, I get it it’s cold as a bitch but that’s a lot of money for 2-3 minutes per session.

And thank you for the feedback from the adults. The children think it’s a game. It’s not a game.
