ot-my apologies if this doesn't belong here but I have a question to ask re: suspended games.
I had a small bet on the OVER 11 in the Red Sox game last night at Bookmaker.
The game was suspended in the top of the tenth because of rain with the score tied at 4.
I woke up this morning to see the play was graded as a loss rather than the no play which I figured it would be.
I chatted with an agent this morning ad he said that House Rules said that it should be a loss.
I called back to speak to a supervisor but there wasn't any around.
Can anyone with knowledge tell me whether the loss was the correct call at Bookmaker and/or do all of the offshores view it the same way?

It looks like Bookmaker called it correctly and that rule is universal.

"If a game goes past nine innings and not finished (i.e., suspended, curfew, rain delay, etc.), there is action on game total and run line wagers."

Needless to say imo rule is not very fair in a case like this whether a person was on the over or under.
This is the same kind of convoluted thinking that applies say if the Sox were ahead 9-6 and the game was postponed because of rain after seven innings, that all over and under bets would be considered no plays.

My people I work with paid me for the UNDER 11 wager I placed...seems interesting. I see the game is scheduled to resume 8-22 -19.

By the rules you should have been paid as game went past nine innings before suspension, at which time eight runs had been scored.

BOSTON — The series finale between the Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Royals was suspended by rain early Thursday morning with the score tied 4-4 in the top of the 10th inning. The game will be picked up where it left off — with a 2-1 count on Meibrys Viloria — on a mutual off-day, Aug. 22, at 1:05 p.m.
