Caesars Sportsbook at Turning Stone Casino is a joke. 3 tellers, maybe 30 seats small bar NO kiosks. I go everyday cause it's minutes from my house but might travel to the Finger Lakes and go to Largo to bet sports at least there they have 300 seats and 25 kiosks. At Turning Stone when I cash a ticket the asshole teller says out loud we have a winner here. I said shut the fuck up I don't want anyone knowing my business. Totally unprofessional. They only take money line and run line No action wagers on a parlay. But hy it is better than sending over seas. But my local is the best no travelling to the sportsbook or waiting in any traffic etc.

By coincidence I was at TS Sat to watch a pool tournament and was very surprised that the SB had no betting kiosks and only three tellers. How do they expect to handle the action when CFB and the NFL seasons start . Pretty short sided. I go to Tioga Downs and their Fanduel SB is bigger with six kiosks and three tellers. In any case I will continue using my offshore books indefinitely....:think2:

They are affiliated with the Recovery Sports Bar across the street from the main entrance to Turning Stone. I heard they are trying to get kiosks in that bar. Yes 3 tellers and a special needs teller during the week daytime by himself. But he does better than most of the other tellers, lol. Forget about crunch time on football day. Did you see their screen with odds how small it is. Daily baseball games are on a screen that has 8 games then the remaining games keep scrolling back and forth. It is a joke if you ask me. Actually I heard they weren't even suppose to be getting sports but I can't complain living minutes away.

Interesting ...again I reiterate that too many shops are rushing to get in on the wagering business and these operations have no idea how to take care of the player. Players need to have a GREAT experience while wagering otherwise they will go somewhere else.

Only great experience at caesars at Turning Stone Sports Book would be if you win. Then again the Tv's are amazing and way to big for that small room. Today I went and there were 3 new tellers working and the guy training them was a guy who made 3 mistakes on 3 tickets he punched for me yesterday. He remembered me and said don't worry they won't make the same mistakes I made yesterday. When you tell him the rotation # and money line and he punches run line on 3 different tickets well that shouldn't happen. Thank god they have the monitor facing the players so I caught it before he punched the tickets.
