Thought I’d pop in this forum and say hello
Early in the season, twice, Flaherty pitched In Milwaukee and absolutely got his lit. Finally, his third time facing the brewers he figured them out and struck out 10 over 6 innings. Lyles has seen the Cards twice this season. The first time he pitched well, but the second time around the Cards absolutely hammered him for 8 runs, 5 earned over 1.2 innings.. but lyles has pitched well of late, especially in his last. However, With Lyles known to be sub-par in day games, flaherty has the exact opposite reputation. Also, the Brewers bullpen might be a little tired and Lyles is usually only able to go about 6 inning historically. All things considered, including recent form, and with an umpire behind the plate that has seen home dogs above +110 go 1-3 this season when he’s calling the balls and strikes, The cards are a solid play IMO
