Two Tiered Justice in America?

While the jury is still out, is it looking like we have a true 2 tiered justice system in America? One for the little guy and one for the big guys like McCabe and Comey and Hillary?

I just want fairness, and it is not looking very fair? How can we reconcile this with our constitution and long-held values? It should be the opposite in that those who have higher offices should be held to a higher standard but the justice department appears to be saying "s**** you American"

Thoughts?

And they apparently still have a strong grip on the national judicial system, the intelligence community, and other important facets of our government.

Republicans live in fear of being labeled a racist, or a misogynist, or a homophobe, or whatever. Personal smear campaigns on a Republican or the Republican's family are possible, do you think?

And, oh, Google & FaceBook can do extensive searchs beyond what an outsider can, and find anything bad a Republican or the Republican's family ever did... easy blackmail.
