Typical overreaction. Pats struggle at Miami. I would take the points

I feel like the Pats always struggle when they play down there. That said I think New england probably covers here. Miami just made Lamar Jackson look like the GOAT. Imagine what Brady is gonna do to these guys.

But here's the thing...I think Brady plays a VERY vanilla game vs em. Pats know they're going to win. No need for the route. Very conservative short passes and runs. Sounds crazy, but i'll be shocked if Brady even gets 300 yds passing

No thats a good point. Bill probably will want to get the win with the least effort possible. Probably a stay away game regardless. Total is pegged around 47--wonder if there is a play on that.

This. Although they might have to try very hard to get up 28-0. And Dolphins might not get to 10 playing their hearts out.

Pats will probably experiment like its the extension of the preseason ....no reason to go full metal here

Just a little reminder. Minnesota was a 17.5 favorite at home over Buffalo last year and they trailed 27-0 at halftime. Anything and everything can happen in the NFL.

Miami was disheartened with the sell off trades, knew they were not really a contender for the playoffs day 1, and came out flat and then gave up early.
Maybe not this time...
Maybe beating hated NE is a way to set things straight.
They will hear all this week that they are professionals, and playing for new contracts worth millions of dollars for each of them, and the younger players are also playing, building for next year when they should be contenders.
Pats are always determined to win, and win big, but in Miami, with very hot weather, they may not push it over the 19 points.
NO I am not recommending Miami + 19 but am cautious and not willing to go with the Pats (had them vs overrated Steelers).
Maybe decide later this week but laying 19 on the road is not usually a good move in the NFL.
Maybe Miami will continue to reel, sure, they have to be upset about selling top players BEFORE the season, very unusual.

Another thing to remember Belichick doesn't like to embarrass guys who worked under him in the past like Flores.
