Great article, presented both sides and was funny.

My conclusion?

1) no criminal charges will be filed
2) Brown settles out of court to put the matter to bed
3) Roger, being judge jury and executioner, doesn't need evidence, only his opinion matters to him. He'll do what he's been doing in recent years to avoid some outside party overruling him, he'll make sure everything stays in house and then he'll suspend Brown either 4 or 8 games (because he can and that's that)
