Which (if any) Offshore book will allow this?

First no bonus wanted!

Deposit with a credit card . Next play only football games college and pro ending with the Super bowl. No 2nd deposit and No withdraw UNTIL the day after the Superbowl.

On that day would ask for a check payout. (If a winner) No information as to credit card or electric bill requested. Credit card LONG SINCE processed and paid.

So which book will do this. If they want business and want to show they are honest, this seems reasonable.

good luck with that, most of the reputable places have decent kyc polices so if you do get someone to accept these terms it probably isn't going to be a book with a good reputation. I think you could do this with btc or some other crypto currency but cc deposit with no id and check payout might be hard to get. I am sure you will have some places agree to your terms and will hope you lose your deposit before the payout is requested

I hear ya... It's scary enough to give out my credit card...have had big troubles 3 times and two of those with the same book. But to give out your electric bill and have electricity turned off or whatever could happen, is Beyond my imagination for fixing. kyc = lol

It's not as bad as people make it out to be. You'll see a lot of posts when the price goes down and not as many when the price goes up.

Thanks raiders72 I jumped to quick after googling a place to buy bitcoin with a credit card. This website came up first and looked user friendly... But it wasn't long before reading that I had to choose a "wallet" Now they have "Hot" wallets and "Cold" wallets of various descriptions... Reading about them left me more confused. I'll just drive to Delaware when the urge overtakes me..LOL

Definitely seems very difficult at first and is intimidating. After a couple of transactions, it does become easy.
