Won't be surprised if it is close but Rams are definitely the better team here and could win by 20. 3-0 ATS this year off a Sundayy night and the week before a big game against Saints having to lay a decent number

Rams are overrated.
They have been very fortunate, played Saints when Brees got knocked out early and Bridgewater was not fully prepared, and the Browns when they were missing their defensive backfield starters.
Gurley (knee) is a shell of his former self, he was a top 3 RB in NFL with elite speed. NFL teams know this and do not worry about him nearly as much. Patriots knew in the SB, a lot of gamblers did not. Also, they lost 2 OL (though not stars), and lost some key defensive players from last year.
Goff is good and has solid receivers, and the D is still decent, too, but not a final 4 type team anymore.
I just wish they were not playing goofy Tampa Bay, I cannot back them other than a small move, maybe. If they were playing so many other teams, I would go BIG against them, the Rams have been lucky.
