How does replay not call that a foul ball off Taylor’s bat?

Was about to post the same thing. Clearly hit knob and went up to hand AFTER. Ordinarily it wouldn't be so controversial, but he was choked up with 2 strikes and obvious to me.

Probably just cost the Brewers their season. Wow.

Hope nobody here had Brewers ML. What a horrendous beat. Fucking replay. If they aren't gonna get it right, just get rid of it.

It was called hit by pitch on the field. There wasn’t any clear view that it didn’t catch part of his hand simultaneously. If they had called it a foul ball on the field it would’ve also stood.

It sure looked clear to me. Like I said before, if he hadn't been choked up it wouldn't be such a big deal, But, there was a clear enough gap between knob and hand where it's basically impossible it was simultaneous.

Looked simultaneous to me. Even at that hader choked. Ump was calling high fastballs out of the zone strikes all night vs the Nats. Woulda been a bail out call to say it was a foul ball. Woulda been ball 4 cause the pitch wasn’t close.

Looked simultaneous to me also after seeing it a couple times.....wasn't enough to overturn the call on the field. They got the call right

It was really clear to me that hit hit the knob first.

Yes it was a foul but Hader was a train wreck from the first pitch he threw until he gave it up.

I couldn't believe it. It was 100% a foul ball after watching the review....could not believe they missed that. The Brew Crew got screwed there hard.
