Defense is top tier. Running game was top tier with FB Juszczyk as a battering ram. Took a step back when he got knocked out last night. If they want to run at the high level they have been running they need him back. Hopefully the injury is not severe. They have an elite receiving tight end in Kittle. THe biggest question revolves around Jimmy Garopollo and his wide receivers. I think that is a big weakness in today's NFL. Can they get the job done if someone shuts down their running game? Not crazy about what I see.
From what I can see the weak link is Jimmy G.....he's not what they thought he was coming back from that injury. They seem to have all the other tools to win a lot of games and go deep in the playoffs. Defense is no fluke that D line is one of the best in the league. They have a great O line with a legit running game that will keep other defenses honest. Jimmy G just needs to not be put in situations to do too much...basically be a Trent Dilfer and not turn the ball over and they'll be just fine. That 5 TO game vs Pitt though needs to never be repeated
