I bet the PFL last night and I just gotta say, I love the format of the million dollar tournament, but I don't like the two fights in one night. Now Ray Cooper is fighting in the finals after losing.

I love the PFL too, Cowboy, but like Cooper, Michaud is also fighting in the finals after losing, by a 17 second KO too.

I like your plays today. Good luck and enjoy the fights and weekend...

Kron and Dern prove once again that having great BJJ is fine for MMA, but you have to pair it with great wrestling. Wrestling is and always will be the most important tool in MMA and it requires the most cardio. If a guy comes in off the street and wants to fight...cardio and wrestling. And the problem is that no one wants to train that way haha.

Speaking of wrestling, that was an interesting game plan by Sanchez.

Looks like the forum had a winning night and it looks busier down here which is awesome. @MattyMatt - good to see you posting plays again bro.

4-1 +4.0 on the night for me

    Good job, CowboyT.

Glad you understand the wrestling. Grinders train hard and are unparalleled. I can tell you wrestlers walking into a BJJ gym for the first time cause fits! I was once one of those guys (wrestled, okay, but good enough that it works)...

Wrestlers know how to tax your body and wait for the proper openings. Sure, good TDD can frustrate and tax a wrestler as well, but as you've eluded to, the wrestlers have came up and evolved this sport, and most have good enough striking now too to control the pace, place, and position of the fight. The 3 most important things.

Wrestling, Submission grappling/BJJ, and Muay Thai are are beautiful works of art...Man I love this sport!
