I can not believe how bad these officials are. this may be the worst calls and lack there of that I have ever seen. In one case they had to reverse the call because the official apparently did not know that pass interference the ball had to be catchable. In addition it occurred before the pass so it should have been holding and should have counted, I have florida so the results helped. On Floridas long td run there was a false start and a hold in front of the runner down the sideline where the offensive end actually held the scarolina jersey for over 20 yards. Pathetic, The calls have been horrible both ways so I won't claim there is a bias, but to be told,

THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED.

Gamecock fan here and it’s been a BS officiating day all day. Been crappy from both sides. But especially crappy for the home team. Just plain BS!

Why is all this "bad officiating" suddenly appearing in college football today? Is this a new phenomenon in today's game compared to officiating in games played say 5 or 10 years ago when there was "good officiating ????????

It was simply better without replay of arbitrary calls. It is to the point of ridiculous. You can review one play but not the next. You ran out of challenges so tough luck. The replay official was in the bathroom or dozed off so tough luck and too bad.

And in the NFL, where they can afford a professional in a booth looking at 70 inch HDTV, instead they choose to let the 60 year old guy on the Field look at a grainy replay on a 11 inch refurbished laptop to make the call. Either review everything or eradicate it. When I grew up watching football in 70's and 80's there were bad calls. You lived with the human element. I remember the Houston Oilers getting screwed in Pittsburgh when Mike Renfo made a catch for a TD that they called out. We lived.

Even with replay they still screw it up. Insane.

You are on to something here Mosi, all the rule changes (for whatever reason) plus all the cameras and other high tech devices that are being used today that allow today's officials to become lazy.......just let the cameras etc make all the calls........

Florida wins this game with or without the calls you are complaining about. Cock fans totally classless throwing things on the field. Maybe if Hilinski doesnt fumble on his own 30 would you have an argument.

I had florida so I am not complaining. It just feels like I cheated. I think Mack Donald and Mosi have it right. with all the cameras and slow motion freeze frames , you see all the mistakes. In real time it's not that easy. Still there were a lot of really bad calls. Esp on the uncalled False start and the fla backs breaks a 75 yd TD.

Every week it's the same. I am sure if anyone reviews this officiating crew, there will be some repercussions.
