World Series Question?

Has there EVER been a 7 game world series where the Road team won 4 games? I could have misunderstood Joe Buck last night ..

I believe it has happened numerous times, what I heard was wore like the road team had never won the first 6.

In years when the road team wins, it would be easy to get 4 road wins between both teams.

Taking it literally as written, I say yes.

This is like a Tick writing a prop in English, make sure the wording is perfect !

No that is not possible Doug.
The only way to get 4 road wins is if the series goes 7, in which case the other team got 3 road wins too.
Which has never happened.

There has never been a team in the history of baseball to win a World Series without winning at least 1 home game.
And of course the only way that can happen is if a World Series goes 7 games where the road team wins every game

I believe you meant to ask has there ever been a World Series when the road team has won all 7 games.

The answer is no.

I know the road team won 5 times in the 96 World Series.

Braves won 1st 2 games in New York
yanks swept in Atlanta.

He said the road team won 5 times. He didn't say the same team was the road team in every game.
