Maid came today....While she was here I went around changing clocks back because I was bored...When she finished she went to kitchen to fill out invoice and evidently looked at the clock to see what time it was and she filled in 4:00,but it was really 5...HaHa just now looked at invoice...Oh well I guess I will see what happens now,she does not speak the English too good...

What’s up Buster, what’s making you put your house on the market? Just curious if it’s due to a job, market just too good, downsizing/upsizing? Is the house haunted? If my house was haunted I’d sure shit move. What’s funny is when I went house hunting one of the first questions I ask the realtor is if anyone has died in the house and I would get various reactions and I just look at them dead serious.

HaHa no she didn't and that's why I was bored and went around changing clocks...Market here too good,I will never again get what I can now per sq ft based on an almost 40 year old townhouse...Same here on the death thing....I look at tax records and then google names and look for obits...I have already turned down 2 different properties because of that and my realtor thinks I am an idiot...I would love to move to Vegas but in no way would I be able to stand the heat...
