This entire tryout is an odd event. I read today the NFL told some journalists they are tired of being called by NFL teams asking about Kaepernick's status. Why doesn't the NFL just refer anyone that calls them about him to him? He's a free agent and can do what he wants. They don't organize workouts for other free agents.
