Why would he want to be a Pelosi enabler? I just don't get it.

He is desperately throwing all visible ballast overboard the sinking Trumptanic...This lie pretty much same as one he threw out there in early 2018 when he claimed he would "strongly consider" testifying under oath for Mueller.

That helped keep his bullshit floating for almost 10 months until "the man with the greatest memory in the world" submitted written responses to approx 40 questions from Mueller.

31 replies were "I can't remember" or "I don't recall"

The remaining ten questions were answered with what appears to almost certainly be a minimum of nine outright lies

So we will enjoy seeing perjury charges added to the expanding impeachment inquiry, though he may well have resigned before they serve as a concrete burden

More to Dave's title question: Trump is of course nothing even related to a savant

Rather he is showing the very common and easily mappable verbal behavior of someone with extremely active onset FTD.

He currently operates with an active vocabulary of at most 1000-1500 words (average adult over age 50 employs an active vocabulary about 5x that), with 80% or more of his spoken words limited to about half that number.

His grievances, his insults, his imaginary success stories and imaginary testimonials are literally 90% word for word what they were 18 months ago. Spoiler Alert: He's not going to suddenly improve. It's all downhill from here

Because he's not guilty of anything and he knows it.

He doesn't need focus groups to tell him what to say or where to say it or when to say it. (When did you ever see a President take questions almost daily on the white house lawn? About anything they ask him. He never dodges questions.)

Trump is unfiltered. It's made him what he is (a HUGE success) and it is a never before seen model in the political arena.

I love the man for just that reason.
