Rio sportsbook?

yesterday i opened an account with rio. i requested a withdrawal today by western union, and they said my account is currently under review? Why are they doing this, to stall? I should of stayed playing with my local bookie. I am new to offshore world, and already im having problems

If you gave them the amount of action they require, and are asking for payout to the same name as you sent with, I don't see a problem.

WU is expensive for them, so most require a certain amount of action in order to cover incoming fees. Don't know Rio's policy.

The customer has been informed that his account is under investigation for FRAUD and was asked to contact us within another 48 hours while Management has an opportunity to review his account's activity.

The payout restriction is related to this customer's account only, and has nothing to do with any rollover requirements.

this is just great, i have to wait till tomorrow because they say my account is fraud because i won a couple of horse racing bets and baseball games. I bet 3000 on the mets yesterday, why dont they investigate that game for fraud as well
