What a great match-up. It is hard to see the Saints -2.5 not covering at home. On the other hand, this frisco machine has been absolutely amazing. Something will break. Will Jimmy out-duel Drew ... and will that big SF team roll out of New Orleans with a win .. of is it time for the big boy Saints to step up and assume control of the NFC?
i am super confident SF win this outright, they will make life miserable to Brees....the 3 QB's the SF defense has had a hard time with have been very mobile QB's they tend to do very well against the classic pocket passers....IMO they are the clear cut best team in the NFC and will show it this weekend and the rest of the way
I thought so, too. But N.O. has already clinched the nfc S. So do they go all out, trying to land the 1 seed, in a 3 way fight vs SF and Sea, hoping they'll cancel each other out. Or ease back a bit, choosing to get the banged up players back to relative "health." SF and Sea tied at 10-2. Worse case scenario would be to go all out, and still end up on the road in the NFC championship game. Saints really need a healthy Brees and Kamara.
i don't think game is as much about NO as it is about SF, they are the better team plain and simple...their 2 losses came against the best team in the league where they matched them all the way on the road and a game in the wet against Seattle that they had control of early and had chances to win again late....they'll sack/hit Brees a very high number of times

it was a great game, not sure we learned much other than both teams have dynamic offenses that are extremely hard to shut down even if you have a good D...I still maintain SF is the best team in the NFC & home field is required more by the Saints than SF.....very happy to cash the 49ers ML
