I'm pretty ignorant to how this works. So is it set now?

Absolutely Oklahoma. A 2 loss team has never made the playoff. There are only 4 teams in the Power Five that have less than two losses. Oklahoma is one of the four, even though they came close to losing twice to Baylor and once to Iowa State and TCU.
