Hey all. Just started posting here. I've been making small profits in greyhound racing for a few months now (after a couple years of hard work) and I was wondering what others think about how possible it is to profit from racing. I'm writing a report for school too, so I'd like some different opinions.

Questions: How difficult is it to profit?
Extremely? Very? Almost impossible? Some would probably say that it "is" impossible over the long haul. I've heard some "experts" say that it just can't be done!

If you are going to profit, what are the keys? Finding a key-horse? Being able to find horses that win more often than the crowd favorite (at favorable prices)??

What are the easiest pools to profit from? Some would say the "win" pool, but others might argue that if you can beat the win pool, you should also be able to take advantage of the exotics using the very same "win" horses (despite the larger takeouts in exotic wagering).

Love to hear your thoughts!!!!
